The partners (shareholders) of ROXEM combine extensive experience in the management of properties and the associated service sector. This ensures that complex challenges can be met with the assistance of associated businesses and focussed selection of the appropriate partner.

The company is managed by Matthias Wunsch who has extensive experience in asset management and project development. He obtained this experience working with international property investors over a period of more than 20 years. He was head of asset management in Germany for the VALAD Property Group and active in a management role with the TEESLAND Group as well as CREDIT SUISSE.
